A HEART-WRENCHING-TALE (<-Vincent Bones idols X->)

In my diary this morning I want to write about a story that touched my heart but in this story we find a man who changed people's thinking about people that live on the streets.

We need to be real with ourselves, we never take our time to talk to people living on the streets and ask them their story, we do not think it is that important, we never look beyond the weed they are smoking, the glue they are taking in their bodies because that all that we see.

I look at Vincent Bones from idols season 10, I see our failures as Christians, as Muslims, and all religions, I see our failure as companies and school. We have failed ourselves.

Our generation has become a generation that never cares about anything anymore, we have become people that do not value relationships, we have become a generation that has entertained the robotic life that we were taught to live by the westerners, we find it easy to walk past a person who is needy because we're to busy to help.

We always assume that R2 that we give them will make a difference in their lives.

"When my mother and uncle died i was under too much preasure so I took a train and since the train stops in Pretoria that's where I got off, and from then I lived in the streets for three years, i used to look for apples that are dry so that i can eat and fill my tummy, until someone found me and took me to boys town and my experience there changed my life and without me going there then I wouldn't be where I am today"
-Vincent Bones

Vincent Bones is no longer known as a street kid but a man with a vision. He has become a testimony to many South African's that it is possible and it can be done, we only have to find it in our heart's to keep fighting.

In this world nothing will be given on a silver platter instead it is hard to even get through to anything. Vincent was 12 years of age when he struggled but now he is one of the best singers in idols season 10, Randol once said most possibly the room is packed because of Vincent.

In my diary this morning I want to remind you, you can get it only if you stand up and do it. You can reach your goals now, by simply living it.

My name is William Seitshiro and this is my Diary.
